Nicole Wheeler

Nicole Wheeler is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Fairfield, where she has dedicated nearly six years to enhancing the lives of residents and managing operations. Starting as the Business Office Manager, Nicole's exceptional skills and leadership led to her promotion to Executive Director. Nicole's background in healthcare includes her previous role at Jefferson County Health Center, providing her with a strong foundation in the field.
Nicole holds a degree from Indian Hills Community College, where she developed the foundation for her successful career in healthcare management. Nicole is currently advancing her education and plans to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa.
Outside of her professional life, Nicole is a devoted mother of three who enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
