Josie Heilmann

Josie Heilmann brings nearly five years of senior living experience and a strong healthcare background to her role as Executive Director. Starting as the Director of Sales at Addington Place, she gained valuable insights into the resident and family experience.

With an Associate of Arts in Business and Healthcare from Indian Hills Community College and a Diploma in Practical Nursing, Josie's clinical experience as an LPN shapes her compassionate leadership style.

Known for her empathy and approachability, Josie understands the needs of residents and their families, making her a trusted leader in the community.

Outside of work, she enjoys home projects, fitness, reading, volunteering as the Medical Outreach Manager for the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network, and spending time with her children.

Team Member Training

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
